Ex-White House intern admits to affair with JFK
Friday, May 16 2003 17:11 Hrs (IST)

Washington: The word is finally out. Marion Fahnestock, a 60-year-old church administrator in Manhattan, has finally admitted that she was indeed the White House intern who had a secret affair with former President, the late John F Kennedy.

"It is true. From June 1962 to November 1963 I was in a sexual relationship with President Kennedy. It's a huge relief. This has allowed me to tell my two daughters a secret that I've been holding for 41 years," Marion, a divorcee, was quoted as saying by the 'Sun'.

Marion, who became a White House intern in 1962 when she was just 19, refused to discuss details.
