Summit talks only if bilateral issues sorted: India
Saturday, May 17 2003 18:42 Hrs (IST)

Moscow: India has ruled out any summit talks with Pakistan until all bilateral issues are "settled" at official level parleys and asserted that dismantling of terrorist structure by Islamabad is a must.

"There will not be a summit until all issues are settled at official level," External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha said addressing Moscow-based Indian community on May 16 night.

Observing that the level of infiltration across the line of control (LoC) was not an indicator of terrorism, he said dismantling of terrorist infrastructure by Pakistan is a must.
