Girls outshine boys in class XII CBSE exams

New Delhi: Girls once again performed better in the class XII examinations conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the results for which were declared on May 23.

The girls scored 80.33 as pass percentage, while the boys had the pass percentage of 68.22.

The total pass percentage was put at 73.59 per cent.

Overall pass percentage of Chennai was 88.18 per cent, which is the highest amongst all centres.
