Infinite targets Rs 720 cr; plans to buy BPO units

Bangalore: Infinite Computer Solutions, a global IT solutions provider, on June 11 said it is targeting to
clock revenues of Rs 720 crore and increase the headcount to 2000 plus employees in the next three
years.
The company has set a revenue target of Rs 335 crore for the current fiscal, which would put it among
the top 25 Indian IT exporters, Infinite chief operating officer, Upinder Zutshi told reporters.
During 2002-2003, the company's earnings were Rs 254 crore, up 38 per cent from Rs 180 crore in
2001-2002, he said.
The company would open a new campus on Whitefield on Bangalore outskirts by March 2004 and also
new sales offices in US and the Asia-Pacific and offshore development Centres at Dallas and Tampa.
As part of the overall growth strategy, Infinite has plans to acquire small to mid-sized IT services and
BPO companies in the BFSI and telecom sectors in the next 12 months, Zutshi said, adding "We are in
conversation with a number of companies, mostly in India."
