Srinagar: Four militants were killed in an encounter with security forces while police recovered three bodies in the valley, official sources said on June 12.

Four militants were killed in a gun-fight with security forces at Ram Wali Gali in Kalaroos area of frontier district of Kupwara on June 11 night, the sources said.

Police also recovered the bodies of three persons, two at Bandipora in Baramulla district and another at Natnusa forests in Kupwara, the sources added.
