Gujarat HC rejects Surendra Shetty's bail

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court on June 17 rejected the anticipatory bail application of Surendra
Shetty, father of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, in a case of alleged extortion.
Hearing his plea, Justice D H Vaghela refused to extend interim protection that was granted to him till
today.
