'LeT behind Sunjivan military station attack'

Jammu: Banned militant outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) is believed to be behind the June 28 Sunjivan
military station attack as indicated by Markaz-e-Dowaza markings on AK rifle and some documents
seized from the site, police sources said on June 29.
Going by intelligence inputs and markings on rifle and documents, the attack, in which 12 soldiers were
killed, points towards LeT, who is the main outfit operating in Rayaka-Bhatandi-Sunjivan forest belt since
last two years, the sources said.
"We had already warned Army about the possible attack in this area," the sources said, adding the two
militants killed after the Rajiv Nagar carnage, 500 meters away from Sunjivan camp, belonged to LeT.
