Youth held while entering PM's house from backside

New Delhi: A youth was detained on June 30 after he allegedly attempted to "enter" into the premises of Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee's residence from the back gate, police sources said.

Moti Lal Saini, aged around 25, was nabbed when he was trying to make his way through the back gate of high-security area at around 1.30 pm (IST), they said.

Saini, who hails from Dausa in Rajasthan, has been taken in for questioning by a joint team of Delhi police and intelligence agencies, they said.

He claimed that he wanted to meet Vajpayee in connection with some grievance, the sources said.
