Parts of major metros come under CAS from Sep 1

New Delhi: Setting in process the first phase of the Conditional Access System (CAS) roll-out,
government on July 11 issued a notification that will bring parts of Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata city and
the whole of Chennai under the new regime from September 1.
