Hundreds of Indians volunteer to help Pak girl

Bangalore: Hundreds of Indians have offered to financially help Fatima Noor, the two-and-half-year-old Pakistani girl now waiting to undergo open heart surgery in Bangalore, leading cardiac surgeon Devi Shetty said on July 15.

"We have received hundreds of Indians volunteering to help the child financially or even in future any other child from Pakistan" coming to India for treatment, Shetty of Narayana Hrudayala, where the girl is to be operated upon, said.
