New Delhi: A Delhi court on July 18 granted bail to Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman Yaseen Malik, who was in judicial custody, in connection with a Terrorists and Disruptive Activities-Prevention-Act (TADA) case for allegedly "aiding and abetting" terrorist activities in the valley.

Special TADA judge S N Dhingra granted him bail and directed him to furnish a personal bond of Rs 40,000 and a surety of like amount.

Malik, who was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on July 15, was remanded to three- day of judicial custody by the court after a non-bailable warrant was issued against him for not appearing during the trial proceedings.
