Raipur: Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee on July 18 said he did not want to get into the controversy over Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) demand for construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya as the issue was being discussed at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national executive meeting in Raipur.

"Mein in vivadon mein nahi par raha hoon ... charcha chal rahi hai (I am not getting into the controversy, the issue is being discussed at the national executive)", he told reporters on arrival at the airport to attend the meeting.

The Prime Minister was replying to a question on VHP and RSS demand for building Ram temple at Ayodhya.
