Pak girl Noor likely to be discharged by July 31

Bangalore: Pakistani child Noor Fatima, who underwent an open-heart surgery at Narayana Hrudayalaya, a cardiac speciality hospital on the city outskirts, is expected to be discharged by July 31, hospital sources said on July 28.

"Noor is playing with her parents and she is moving around in the ward. She is likely to be discharged on Wednesday or Thursday," sources said.

Two-and-a-half year old Noor had come to India by the resumed Lahore-Delhi bus service for treatment in Bangalore. Her surgery and treatment had generated excitement on this side of the border.
