No assurance given to Mayawati over Jagmohan: Advani

New Delhi: Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani on July 30 categorically said no assurance was given to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati regarding dismissal of Union Tourism Minister Jagmohan in connection with the controversial Taj corridor project.

"No assurance has been given. The Prime Minister had told her (Mayawati) that her letter has been received and we are examining it," the DPM told Rajya Sabha during Zero Hour.
