Uproar over Arunachal, M'rasthra; House adjourns twice

New Delhi: Lok Sabha was on July 30 adjourned twice amid uproarious scenes, with Congress accusing
the Centre of "destabilising" its government in Arunachal Pradesh and Shiv Sena members demanding
dismissal of Congress-Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) regime in Maharashtra for its "failure" on the
law and order front.
As the House met after a 40-minute adjournment over the Arunachal issue, agitated Shiv Sena members
surged forward from their seats demanding that Maharashtra government be dismissed over
its "incompetence" in dealing with growing criminal activities and referred to the recent Ghatkopar bomb
blast, in which innocent people were killed.
As the din continued, Deputy Speaker P M Sayeed adjourned the house till 2.00 pm (IST)
