Rae Bareilly: A special court hearing the Ayodhya demolition cases against Deputy Prime Minister L K
Advani, Union Minister Murli Manohar Joshi and six others on July 31 fixed August 8 for further hearing
of the matter.
Special judge V K Singh passed an order to this effect after defence counsel sought an adjournment,
stating that one of the other senior defence counsels had gone to Ayodhya following demise of Ram
Janmabhoomi trust president Mahant Ramachandra Das Paramhans.
The defence was scheduled to advance their argument on the chargesheet filed by the Central Bureau
of Investigation (CBI) earlier in the court.
The special court had on July 30 screened four video and three audio cassettes submitted by the CBI as
evidence in the case.
