Bomb scare in Parliament; search operations on

New Delhi: Security forces on August 9 went on tizzy in Parliament House complex after police received a call about a bomb being planted there.

A bomb disposal squad and fire tenders were rushed to the complex where a meeting to review security in the Parliament premises was on, police said.

The unidentified person who called at 3.15 pm (IST) said the bomb would explode at 4.30 pm (IST), they said.

The entire area was being searched with the help of dog squad, police added.
