Wednesday, August 13 2003 15:54 Hrs (IST)

Lahore: Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf has reportedly accepted an invitation to travel to Amritsar in Punjab in a hot air balloon.

Former Parliamentarian and Congress Party member Vishwa Bandhu Gupta, who is currently the president of the World Hot Air Balloon Association, extended the invitation, the 'Daily Times' reported.

According to him, Musharraf had accepted the invitation, while remarking that it would be as daunting a task as finding a solution to breaking the stalemate in Pakistan-India relations.
