Surat: Sunanda Shetty, mother of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and prime accused in the alleged
extortion case, was granted regular bail by a local court on August 19.
Granting the bail, Chief Judicial Magistrate R P Mehta asked Sunanda, who was present in the court, to
furnish surety bond of Rs 25,000 and cash surety Rs 50,000.
