Washington: US President George W Bush will meet Prime Minister Zafarullah Jamali of Pakistan at the White House on October 1 for talks on key bilateral, regional and international issues, official sources said.

The leaders will also discuss "the close co-operation between the United States and Pakistan in the war against terrorism", White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan said in a statement on September 3.
