Hizbul Mujahideen claims responsibility for blasts

Srinagar: Pro-Pakistan militant outfit Hizbul Mujahideen has claimed responsibility for the car bomb blast in Srinagar and the explosion in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir on September 6.

A man claiming to be the spokesman of the outfit called local news agency CNS and said the outfit triggered the blasts.
