New Delhi: The Supreme Court on September 8 allowed a Gujarat government appeal challenging the grant of bail by High Court to the accused in the Godhra train carnage incident and directed them to approach designated POTA (Prevention of Terrorism Act) court for relief.

This order was given by Justice S Rajendrababu and Justice G P Mathur.
