Girl killed, 14 injured in Srinagar grenade blast

Srinagar: One girl was killed and 14 others were injured in a grenade attack by militants aimed at a Border Security force (BSF) bunker at the busy Lal Chowk area of the city on September 11, official sources said.

The grenade was hurled at BSF bunker near Ghanta Ghar (Clock House) at 13:10 hours (IST), which missed the intended target, the sources said.

The grenade exploded on the roadside, the sources said, adding the injured have been rushed to hospital.
