Lucknow: Former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Kalyan Singh on September 11 said he would appear before Liberhan Commission on September 23 if he does not get a stay in the case from Delhi High Court.

"If i do not get stay from the Delhi High Court, I will appear before the Liberhan Commission on September 23," Singh said.

Liberhan Commission, probing demolition of Babri Masjid, had on September 2 issued warrant that he appear as a witness in the case.

Singh said he received the warrant on September 11.
