3 civilians killed as militant attack Army convoy

Srinagar: Three civilians were killed when militants hurled a grenade on an Army convoy in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir on September 13.

The grenade missed the target and exploded on the road, killing three civilians on-the-spot, official sources said.

The attack took place at Bijbehara, the hometown of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, 55 kms from Srinagar, official sources said.
