It's CBI, not judiciary that acquitted Advani: CPM

New Delhi: The Communist Party of India – Marxist (CPM) on September 19 said the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and not the judiciary, had acquitted Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani by filing a "diluted" chargesheet.

"It is not the judiciary but the CBI that has acquitted Advani by filing a diluted chargesheet," CPM polit bureau member Sitaram Yechury said.
