PWG letter threatens to kill Naidu within a month

Tirupati: A letter, purportedly written by the People's War Group, has threatened to kill Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, who survived a claymore mine blast in the foothills of hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara on October 1.

The inland letter, containing the words that it would kill Naidu within a month, was received by the office of the Superintendent of Police, Chittoor district, police sources said on October 9.

The authenticity of the letter was being verified, the sources said.
