On Board Special Aircraft: Voicing serious concern over the re-grouping of Taleban in Afghanistan,
India on October 12 charged Pakistan with acting under "duress" in the fight
against terrorism.
"As far as the fight against terrorism is concerned on all fronts, whatever cooperation Pakistan is
extending to anyone is under duress," External Affairs Minsiter Yashwant
Sinha, who accompanied Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee on his two-nation tour of Indonesia and
Thailand, told reporters on board the special aircraft while returning to India.
Sinha said "India has repeatedly expressed concern about the situation in Afghanistan including
regrouping and activities of Taleban".
Without naming the United States, the Minister said all those who have taken upon themselves the
responsiblity of security in Afghanistan should stand up and take note of the developments.
