Hyderabad: India beat Malaysia 2-0 on October 24 to advance to the semifinals in football of the
inaugural Afro-Asian Games.
At half-time the two teams were locked 0-0.
India 2 (J S Bisht 50, I M Vijayan 62) beat Malaysia 0.
