Tuesday, October 28 2003 11:58 Hrs (IST)

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on October 28 issued contempt notices to the Chief Secretaries of Andhra Pradesh, Haryana and Tamil Nadu for failing to file response to a petition alleging non- compliance of Apex Court orders for including environment as a subject in schools and colleges.
