SC notice to CBI, UP govt in Taj corridor case

New Delhi: Supreme Court today (October 31) issued notice to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Uttar Pradesh Government on a petition filed by former state environment secretary V K Gupta challenging the investigating agency's action to file chargesheet against him in the Rs 175 crore Taj Heritage Corridor project as well as the action of the state government to initiate departmental proceedings against him.
