Madhumita's alleged killer sent to CBI custody

New Delhi: Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court today (Nov 12) remanded Prakash Chandra Pandey, alleged killer of poetess Madhumita Shukla, to 10 days of CBI custody.

Pandey, who was identified by Madhumita's servant Desraj yesterday, was produced before special CBI judge who remanded him into the agency's custody till November 22.

Pandey was arrested on November 10 in Lucknow and immediately sent to judicial custody for test identification parade.
