CBI claims to have found E-mails by Jogi's son
Monday, November 24 2003 22:22 Hrs (IST)

New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today (Nov 24) claimed to have found some E- mails and messages purportedly written by Chattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi's son, Amit, to his "friends" informing them about completion of a "sting operation".

The agency sources said there was a possibility that the E-mails and messages were linked to the "sting operation" against former Union Minister Dilip Singh Judeo, who is facing bribery allegation.

The sources said that the E-mails and other things were being scrutinised before the CBI decided to question Amit Jogi.

An E-mail purportedly written by Amit to his friend Reginald Jeremiah said "......a Tehelka-like mission was successfully completed....".
