SC notices to HPCL, govt diesel adulteration

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Nov 24) issued notices to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and the Union Government, taking note of a news item that said the diesel sold in the national capital region was being adulterated.
