Monday, December 1 2003 13:09 Hrs (IST)

New Delhi: Air links between India and Pakistan, snapped after terrorist attack on Parliament in December 2001, are likely to be restored from January 1, informed sources said today (Dec 1, 2003).

Civil aviation authorities of the two countries, who are meeting in New Delhi, are working on modalities for resumption of overflights as well as direct flights, they said.

A statement is expected to be issued after the talks, they added.
