Mumbai: Assistant Commissioner of Police R B Yenam was tonight (Dec 2, 2003) arrested by police for his alleged complicity in the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam, police sources said.

Yenam was posted as ACP in Navi Mumbai division of Police Commissionerate.

According to police, he had links with the crime syndicate of prime accused Abdul Karim Telgi.

Yenam would be produced in a court tomorrow (Dec 3).
