New Delhi: Just five seats short of an absolute majority in 70-member Delhi Assembly, Congress appeared to storm back to power in the national capital.

The party has bagged 31 of 43 results declared till now leaving BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) far behind with only 12 seats in its kitty.

Trends from other seats showed that Congress was leading in 15 constituencies and BJP in five seats. In the remaining constituencies "others" were ahead.
