Stamp scam: SIT arrests former ACP Mulani

Mumbai: Retired Pune Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Mohammed Chand Mulani, was arrested
by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) at Pune tonight (Dec 4, 2003) for his alleged involvement in the
multi-crore fake stamps and stamp paper scam.
