Jaipur: State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Vasundhara Raje was today (Dec 6, 2003) unanimously elected the party's legislature party leader to become the Chief Minister of Rajasthan.

Newly elected BJP members unanimously elected Raje their leader at the meeting of the BJP legislative party in Jaipur.

Union Finance Minister Jaswant Singh, BJP general secretary Promod Mahajan and Information and Broadcasting Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad attended the meeting as Central observers.
