2 terrorists arrested in Delhi; arms recovered

New Delhi: Delhi Police today (Dec 7, 2003) arrested two terrorists and recovered a large quantity of arms and ammunition and cash from them.

Tariq Hussain and Tazim Ahmed, hailing from Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir, were nabbed from Khanpur area of South Delhi, police sources said.

They belong to Hizbul Mujahideen's Pirpanjal range, the sources said.

Two AK rifles, its 120 rounds, 4.32 kg of RDX, six handgrenades, two detonators and Rs 15 lakh in cash were recovered from the arrested terrorists, they said.
