Srinagar: Two militants were killed today (Dec 11, 2003) in an ongoing encounter with the security forces in Anantnag district of South Kashmir, official sources said.

The encounter broke out in Dargund-Bijbehara when hiding militants fired on the security forces who returned the fire in which two militants were killed, the sources said.

They said the operation was still going on.
