Hyderabad: A key operative in the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam Raez Quadri was arrested by Andhra Pradesh police in Hyderabad and remanded to police custody today (Jan 02, 2004).

Quadri, a close associate of the kingpin Abdul Kareem Telgi, was nabbed by Special Investigation Team (SIT) from old city late last night and was produced before a city court, which remanded him to police custody till January 8, police said.
