New Delhi: The Government today (Jan 6, 2004) cleared a Bill to provide social security, including medical benefits, to the 37 crore workers in the unorganised sector.

The "Unorganised Sector Workers Bill" was cleared by the Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, official sources said.
