Chota Rajan gangster shot dead in Mumbai encounter

Mumbai: A Chota Rajan gangster was today (Jan 7, 2004) shot dead by police in an encounter in suburban Borivali, police sources said.

Edward Anthony alias Yeda was shot dead by Unit 11 of inspector Pradeep Sharma at Suman Nagar junction in Borivali, they said.

Police had registered six cases of murder against Edward in various police stations.
