Panjim: Mild tremors were felt around 80 kilometres away from Panaji in Canacona taluka of Goa today (Jan 7, 2004), according to meteorological sources.

However, there were no reports of any loss of life or damage to property, police said.

The tremors were recorded at 4.07 pm, it added.
