New Delhi: The Vajpayee-led NDA (National Democratic Alliance) Government has a new well wisher--Hurriyat Conference--which is said to have conveyed to Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani during their path-breaking meeting on January 22 that it wanted the alliance to come back to power.

"The talks with Hurriyat Conference was useful," said Advani during his address to the party leaders from Uttar Pradesh today (Feb 2, 2004).
