Telgi scam: SC asks States to give details to CBI

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Feb 3, 2004) asked all the Telgi stamp scam affected States to furnish within two weeks to CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) full particulars of those cases, which they want the premier probe agency to investigate.

The court also asked CBI to scrutinise these cases and inform it in three weeks thereafter as to which all cases will be investigated by the agency.
