New Delhi: Justice S N Phukan, chairman of the Tehelka inquiry commission probing fictitious Defence deals, today (Feb 4, 2004) gave a clean chit to Defence Minister George Fernandes in his report submitted to Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Justice Phukan met the Prime Minister and presented his report to him, official sources said.
