Dubey murder: Relatives demand arrest of CBI men Thursday, February 5 2004 23:00 Hrs (IST) Gaya:
Relatives of Sheonath Sah and Mukendra Paswan, who died in mysterious circumstances after interrogation by a team of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probing the killing of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) project manager, Satyendra Dubey, today (Feb 5, 2004) accused the investigating team of killing the two and sought their arrest.
Sheonath's father Baijnath Shah and Mukendra's mother Ramavati Devi met the CBI director Umashanker Mishra at the residence of district magistrate Brajesh Mehrotra and handed over a memorandum to him.
Claiming that Sheonath and Mukendra were not in any way involved in the murder of Dubey, they alleged that their sons were tortured and poisoned to death by the CBI in the course of investigation.
