Jaipur: The Chief Judicial Magistrate of Jodhpur today (Feb 9, 2004) permitted Bollywood hero Salman Khan, the main accused in the Mathania deer poaching case, to go to Dubai on February 12.

Considering the petition filed separately by his lawyer Hastimal Saraswat, Chief Judicial Magistrate Mohammed Saleem Malik permitted Salman permission to attend a "Walk for Future" programme organised by the Dubai Shopping Festival on February 12.

Salman would represent India and meet about 15,000 children on a sponsorship of Gulf International Promotions-Sports and Entertainment, his lawyer said.

Salman would leave the country on February 11 and return on February 13, the lawyer said in the petition.
